Better Business Bureau

Nationwide Van Lines is a member of the Better Business Bureau. The BBB ensures that high standards for trust are set and maintained. The BBB also encourages and supports best practices, and denouncing substandard marketplace behavior. The BBB does not compare businesses against each other, but rather evaluates businesses against their own standards; the Better Business Bureau sees trust as a function of two primary factors – integrity and performance. The BBB provides educational information and expert advice that is free of charge and easily accessible.



Nationwide Van Lines participates in the online BBB program TrustLink Community. TrustLink is a program that is dedicated to promoting fairness and honesty in the marketplace. TrustLink "bridges the gap" between consumers and business by offering the information consumers need to make a better, more informed purchasing decision. American Moving and Storage Association

Nationwide Van Lines is a member of The American Moving and Storage Association. AMSA was established in 1936; they are a non profit trade association. AMSA is dedicated to making every consumer's move successful every step of the way. AMSA carefully screens its members, ensuring that consumers are matched to movers who have met all licensing and insurance requirements. In addition, AMSA provides arbitration for disputes between consumers and movers through its "Household Goods Dispute Settlement Program". One of AMSA's goals is a well-informed public that better understands the value of professional moving service.



ProMover

The American Moving and Storage Association nominated Nationwide Van Lines as a ProMover. AMSA launched a new consumer protection and certification program called ProMover in January 1, 2009. This initiative is designed to fight imposters known within the industry as "rouge operators" by giving consumers an easy way to separate reputable, professional movers from con artists. The new ProMover program takes the worry and the hassle out of moving by helping consumers identify quality professional movers who subscribe to our goals and by providing them with information and assistance with everything from finding a mover, to getting an estimate and packing tips, to understanding valuation and insurance.

Nationwide Van Lines has a full staff of Certified Moving Consultants. As CMCs, we oblige by the Code of Ethics enforced by AMSA and uphold the industry's highest standards.
