Changing Your Mailing Address

Changing your address with the post office is one of the easiest things to do in a move. Fill out the card drop it in the mail box and it is done. You may also do this online by going to the USPS website.

Remembering all the companies you do business with may be a little more tricky. They should be informed by mailing out change of address cards well in advance of the move.  Your magazine subscriptions should be switched over by giving the publications a call. Your insurance and credit card bills can be switched often by filling out the change of address on the bills when you pay them. Give it some thought and keep a running list of all those who need to know that your address is changing.
